Where we ship

Direct online checkout is currently available for valid addresses within the United States. We do not accept direct online orders to Canada or other countries at this time.

Shipping origin

Orders are fulfilled from our facility at 3227 Producer Way, STE 115, Pomona, CA 91768, United States. This facility is not a retail storefront.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, FedEx Ground delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days. Weekends, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can affect the actual delivery date.

Shipping costs

Ground shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $199 or more, after discounts and before tax. For orders below $199, shipping is calculated from weight and destination and shown before payment.

Special-freight and quoted items

Items requiring special freight, a commercial quote, or a delivery schedule that cannot be calculated accurately are excluded from our Google Shopping feed and direct checkout. Any separate terms are provided in writing before payment.

Tracking and delivery issues

We email tracking information when it becomes available. If a package arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging and contact us with the order number and clear photos.
