These Terms govern use of solmirashade.com and purchases from SolmiraShade. SolmiraShade is a private-label ecommerce brand operated by Asterline Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Products and information

We aim to present current product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, variant choices, and availability. Color and appearance can vary by display and production batch. Contact us before ordering if a specification or package inclusion is material to your purchase.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Store prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Submitting checkout information does not guarantee acceptance of an order.

Order acceptance and cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for unavailable inventory, incorrect product or price information, payment or fraud concerns, an invalid delivery address, or an inability to fulfill the order as presented. If we cancel a paid order, we issue a refund to the original payment method. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; an order cannot be canceled after shipment.

Shipping and delivery

Direct online checkout is limited to the United States. Processing times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law. Review the complete Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible new and unused items may be returned by mail within 30 days after delivery after obtaining authorization. Return costs, refund timing, damaged-item handling, and other conditions are stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Product support

A product-specific warranty applies only when a duration and written terms appear on the product page or in documentation provided with that product. General support information is available on our Product Support page.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this site only for lawful personal or business purchasing and informational purposes. Site text, graphics, branding, layout, and original media are owned by or licensed to Asterline Group LLC and may not be copied or used to imply affiliation without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. Asterline Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
